There are books and handouts on Colleges, Universities, Scholarships, Financial Aid, Careers, Job Skills, and the Military. LOCAL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM 2013 All application packets have been handed in as of February 14th, 2013. Any additional materials such as Essays, Cover Letters, Forms, etc. must be handed in by Thursday February 28th, 2013 before 3:30PM.
