Our School

Argonaut High School is located in the rural town of Jackson, California. In addition to being one hour east of Sacramento, it is south of Lake Tahoe in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountain range.

There are now over 700 students in attendance from the surrounding communities of Ione, Jackson, Pine Grove, Pioneer, and Sutter Creek. In addition to teaching the California Standards and core curriculum, Argonaut offers AP courses, ROP vocational programs in Agricultural Science, Web Design, and MS Office, and numerous electives.
